Exciting Pioneer History
Children’s Program by Amy Puetz
Ages 5 through 12 years
Saturday, June 1st

This workshop brings history to life. Homeschool graduate, Amy Puetz, offers a unique perspective on history. Through the use of historical costumes and interactive activities, Amy shares her deep love for history.
A few students get to participate in a skit and all the children have the opportunity to enjoy a Pony Express race with stick horses! Fascinating stories about real pioneers will delight your children. This workshop will take you on a journey through the pioneer era. Participants will also complete a craft. Students ages 5-12 will enjoy this hands-on experience.
Amy Puetz, a homeschool graduate, is the author of Countdown to Christmas and Uncover Exciting History: Revealing America's Christian Heritage in Short, Easy-to-Read Nuggets. She also publishes a bimonthly e-zine for ladies of all ages called Heroines of the Past E-zine. Visit her website at www.AmyPuetz.com
The children will break for meals at the same times as the general sessions for adults.
