The calling of God in Norm's life has given him a heart for men and their families. His calling as a child of God has birthed an emphasis on the gospel and relationship with Jesus Christ. As a husband, Norm longs to see marriages that glorify God. His calling as a father of four, has given him a heart for family. When God called Norm into the pastoral ministry, God led him to disciple and encourage men. He will be speaking on teaching children with disabilities as well as other topics. Article Submissions
If you (or your child) are interested in writing a "how-to" article or series of articles, we'd love to see them! Have you authored an original short story or comic? We also welcome any writer who would like to try being a "journalist" for the eNews. If we use your article, you will see your 'by line' in print!
If you or your local group have any information you would like included in the H.O.W. News, please send it to us here. We are glad to look at including any homeschool relevant material, but do reserve the right to edit any article.  Please help us make the H.O.W. news interesting and useful for everyone!

Calls Needed on HB0026
Please call your representatives and senators and ask them to vote 'NO' on HB0026.
This year senate and house joint education committees are bringing HB0026,
Education-early childhood programs. This bill is NOT universal, but a grant
program, which will be the first step.
Because it is brought by both committees it is probable that the rest of the
house and senate (other than those who believe and understand the
proper role of government) will vote for it and it may pass the 2/3 mark.
Then it will be assigned to committee-both already brought it-so it will be
a rubber stamp and back to the floor.

HOW opposes any expansion of state involvement in education. We need
to stop this and keep our children's education in the hands of parents.
